Transcedental Meditation is my favorite relaxation exercise. I am not very successful in maintaining this for a very long time. 18 year old study is impressive. I am sure everyone with blood pressure should try this and see if it calms you and mae you feel relaxed.
Transcedental Meditation has been shown to "CURE" anecdotal cases of Laryngeal Cancer.
I am sure its a pretty harmless when used in combination with other measures to lower Cardio-vascular mortality.
